Privacy Policy

English translation of the Portuguese policy, which remains the reference text. Last update published on the previous site: March 19, 2026. The form on this version does not send data to a Stauf server: it opens WhatsApp on your device. Revised on September 29, 2026: the site no longer has a theme switch and now counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics.

1. Who we are

Stauf is a technology company based in Curitiba, PR, Brazil, specialized in automation with artificial intelligence, web development and AI consulting. Our website is stauf.com.br.

2. Data we collect

We only collect data you provide voluntarily:

• Name, WhatsApp and message you choose to send through the contact form.
• Aggregate visit counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which according to Cloudflare uses no cookies and does not identify the visitor.

We do not collect sensitive data or location data, and we do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on this page.

3. Purpose

• Answer contact requests.
• Send commercial proposals you requested.
• Count visits in aggregate.

4. Legal basis (LGPD Art. 7)

Processing is based on consent (when you start the contact) and on legitimate interest (aggregate visit counts).

5. Sharing

We do not share, sell or rent your personal data to third parties. The contact message opens in WhatsApp, operated by Meta, because that is the channel you choose when sending.

6. Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request. Visit counts stay with Cloudflare, in aggregate form.

7. Your rights (LGPD Art. 18)

• Confirm that processing exists.
• Access your data.
• Correct incomplete or outdated data.
• Request deletion.
• Withdraw consent.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. The previous policy committed to an answer within 15 business days.

8. Cookies

This site does not set cookies or store data in your browser.

9. Security

The domain is served over HTTPS. Protection headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options) depend on the edge that publishes the site; the previous version on Cloudflare Pages sent them.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top is that of the text published on March 19, 2026, with the explicit addition about the form not storing data on the server.
