Terms of Use

English translation of the Portuguese terms, which remain the reference text. Last update published on the previous site: March 28, 2026.

1. Acceptance

By accessing and using Stauf services, including the stauf.com.br website, the KillSpy app and any other digital products, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using them.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that violate the rights of others.
• Do not try to access systems, data or accounts without authorization.
• Do not distribute malware, spam or malicious content through the services.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software without express authorization.
• Provide truthful information when creating accounts or hiring services.
• Keep your access credentials confidential.

Breach may result in suspension or termination of the account, without prior notice and without refund.

3. Intellectual property

Content made available in Stauf services (code, design, text, logos, icons, images and trademarks) belongs to Stauf or its licensors and is protected by Brazilian Laws 9,609/98 and 9,610/98.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any material without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Websites, chatbots and automations built under contract for clients belong to the contracting client, as set out in the service agreement.

4. Services and availability

Stauf works to keep the services available and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates and events beyond its control may cause temporary unavailability.

Stauf may modify, suspend or discontinue any service, with reasonable prior notice when possible.

5. Limitation of liability

Stauf is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.
• Data loss, lost profits or business interruption.
• AI-generated content that may contain inaccuracies.
• Actions by third parties who misuse the services.
• Unavailability of integrated third-party services.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

6. Refunds

Development services (websites, chatbots, automations): refunds follow the schedule in the contract. Stages already delivered and approved are not refundable. In case of early cancellation, the client pays in proportion to the work done.

KillSpy: as a digital product with immediate delivery, there is no refund after the license key is activated, under Art. 49, §1 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code as applied to digital products. Before activation, a refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Subscriptions: may be canceled at any time. Access remains until the end of the period already paid. There is no pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

7. Data protection

Stauf processes personal data in compliance with Brazilian Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD). Details are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Account

Some services may require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for the activity carried out with them.

Stauf may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, show suspicious activity or remain inactive for more than 12 months.

9. Communications

By creating an account or getting in touch, you agree to receive communications about the service you hired. Promotional messages are only sent with explicit consent and can be canceled.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced by e-mail or by a notice on the site. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of Curitiba, State of Paraná, are chosen as the venue.
